Organizations everywhere are experimenting with AI, but relatively few are translating those investments into measurable business value. Research shows that while AI spending continues to accelerate, many organizations still struggle to move beyond isolated pilots and productivity experiments.

Join Learning Tree’s Leadership Practice Lead Jonathan Gilbert and Senior Product Manager Jen McFarland to explore what separates successful AI adoption programs from those that stall after initial enthusiasm. Drawing on Learning Tree's AI Adoption Framework, Jonathan will discuss the common challenges organizations face, the organizational capabilities required for sustained adoption, and practical approaches for moving from experimentation to measurable impact. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the people, process, and leadership factors that drive successful AI adoption without getting lost in product pitches or technology hype.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Why many AI initiatives struggle to deliver measurable business value despite significant investment
  • The difference between reactive and proactive AI adoption approaches
  • The four core enablers of successful AI adoption: leadership alignment, real-world use cases, behavior reinforcement, and impact measurement
  • How organizations progress from quick wins to workforce capability and long-term organizational transformation
  • Practical insights into what leading organizations are doing to scale AI adoption successfully
