Hamid is a system engineer, technology strategist, and educator with 25+ years of experience in project/program management, agile development, systems engineering, information technology, operation and technical support for multiple government agencies and public/privately owned firms.

Hitesh Patel has over 20 years of experience in transformational change and essential best practices for organizations. Hitesh has delivered over 70 successful best practice transformations, which have included addressing key challenges surrounding organizational strategy, leadership and people, processes and service relationships. One of his biggest achievements include supporting one of the worlds largest security clients to become strategically positioned in a changing market space and leading initiatives in quantifying the true VOI on a regular annual spend of £275m in support and delivery services. As Learning Tree ITIL Curriculum Dean, Instructor, and Author, Hitesh works with clients across EMEA, Asia, North and South America and has developed and delivered programs on a wide array of service management topics by working with customers to design and tailor solutions that enable attendees to access practical tools and approaches to common issues and problems faced.

Jonathan Gilbert is the Managing Director of Leadership Practices at Learning Tree International. He is a globally-recognized leading thinker in the areas of leadership, strategy and its execution, organizational behavior, and contributes regularly to the world’s body of knowledge about adaptive leaders, complexity and its impact on organizations. He has influenced thousands of attendees world-wide in speeches, webinars, workshops and other learning events while working at Korn Ferry, StrategyExecution, ESI International and through his own firms the Oar Collective and the Gilbert Consulting Group.
